Unicorn Children's Foundation is so honored and privileged to have Nicko McBrain, drummer of Iron Maiden, playing golf on our behalf as part of the ClubsHELP FLCMAA Seminole Region 100-Hole Challenge! Team Maiden consists of: Nicko McBrain, Sean Harney, Richard Gerst, and Mitch Tanne. They swung into action at Boca Grove Golf and Tennis Club for kids and young adults with special needs.

What do Jack Nicklaus, Ernie Els, Kris Tschetter, CMAA, National Club Association, and FLCMAA Seminole Region ALL have in common? They are ALL supporting the ClubsHELP 100-Hole Challenge!! Playing golf in the 100-Hole Challenge allows social distancing and can be played NOW! ClubsHELP 100-Hole Challenge started with people wanting to help hospitals, first responders and medical workers, and quickly grew. It now includes children's charities, scholarship funds, foundations, medical research, and more! The FLCMAA Seminole Region Marathon Golf was merged with this National effort! In difficult times, Clubs and golfers do great things.

In Support of Unicorn Children's Foundation

Unicorn Children's Foundation is a 28 year old non-profit organization that is dedicated to building communities of acceptance, support, and opportunity for kids and young adults who are challenged by developmental differences by supporting or developing its cradle to career pathways.  Our initiatives connect families to community resources, advocate for inclusive opportunities, respect differences, empower individuals, and support success.  With 1 in 6 children being diagnosed with a developmental or learning disorder, we believe it is our responsibility to create a world where all children’s potential can flourish.  To learn more about the Unicorn Children's Foundation visit http://www.unicornchildrensfoundation.org.
